Subcontracting Opportunity: Quantitative Data Analysis
HomeBase is seeking subcontractors to undertake a quantitative analysis regarding trends and correlating factors related to housing, using a variety of datasets available from local government (e.g. permits, code enforcement, demographic data from Census, Superior court data, etc.).

- Demonstrated successful performance of substantially similar work
- Relevant project work
- Experience and expertise
- Rate reasonableness and overall cost of services
- Special consideration will be given to small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises
Please note that HomeBase requires subcontractors, including individuals and sole proprietors, to carry workers' compensation insurance while performing work under a HomeBase subcontract. HomeBase subcontractors cannot have existing, pending or expired debarments that preclude them from doing business with the United States government and cannot have convictions for, nor have any pending indictments for, fraud or a criminal offense in connection with a public contract or subcontract.
