Subcontracting Opportunity: Youth Homelessness 100-Day Challenges

Planned Activities:

HomeBase is seeking subcontractors to assist in conducting 100-Day Challenges to accelerate efforts to end youth homelessness. The purpose of the 100-Day Challenges is to help catalyze community action to establish bold, creative, and innovative ways to help homeless youth find stable housing. The short timeline is intentional, inviting communities and their cross-sector partners to generate urgency and action. The process will provide communities an opportunity to assess their current local efforts and set ambitious 100-day goals around serving and housing youth at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Applications received before the deadline will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated successful performance of substantially similar work
  • Relevant project work
  • Experience and expertise
  • Rate reasonableness and overall cost of services
  • Special consideration will be given to small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises

Please note that HomeBase subcontractors cannot have existing, pending or expired debarments that preclude them from doing business with the United States government and cannot have convictions for, nor have any pending indictments for, fraud or a criminal offense in connection with a public contract or subcontract.
