Subcontracting Opportunity: Youth Homelessness Demonstration Projects
HomeBase is seeking subcontractors to assist in remote and on-site technical assistance for Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project(s) in California. Direct technical assistance may include, but is not limited to: assessment to understand the CoCs current efforts and status relative to ending homelessness among youth; assistance with developing or improving a local plan to end homelessness among youth; assistance developing and implementing strategies to achieve the plan; assistance developing and implementing projects; and support to access and utilize published guidance, tools, and other relevant resources.

- Demonstrated successful performance of substantially similar work
- Relevant project work
- Experience and expertise
- Rate reasonableness and overall cost of services
- Special consideration will be given to small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises
