Elizabeth Roehm

Staff Lawyer


Elizabeth serves as a Staff Lawyer at HomeBase, where she works closely with her team to provide local nonprofits with direct agency-level Technical Assistance around HUD compliance, client service, and program design. She supports system-level development around Coordinated Entry and Assessment, grant applications, and strategic plan implementation. With experience in conducting group trainings and targeted focus groups, Elizabeth applies her energy to pull community actors together in collaborative efforts to end homelessness. Prior to joining HomeBase, Elizabeth worked as an immigration attorney serving low-income crime victims in affirmative U Visa and VAWA petitions. Elizabeth is an Austin native licensed for practice in the fine State of Texas. She earned her B.A. at University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. at Yale Law School.
