Talia serves as a Research Associate and member of HomeBase's Data and Innovations Team. She produces best-practices documents and data-driven reports for national HUD initiatives, including the Dedicated Opportunities to End Homelessness Initiative and the Housing and Healthcare Systems Integration Initiative. Talia is passionate about Coordinated Entry, Discharge Planning, and how homelessness intersects with criminal justice, employment, healthcare, and other systems. She holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Sociology and Political Science from Emory University, where she conducted quantitative research on juvenile offenders' perceptions of procedural justice in restorative conferencing. An Oakland native, Talia enjoys hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, baking bread, and listening to podcasts.
